If you are eligible for a return then you can raise the request to refund your money within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Our team reviews all the returns for eligibility and refund is also subject to review and verification. We don’t accept damaged products or when you have used the product. Returns

When you found the product in damaged or non-working condition. When products have missing items or it different from the description mentioned on the product page. Your return will be eligible when the product delivered doesn’t match the order or if there is a delay of more than 15-20 working days. Return will not be possible for damaged products that go beyond 48 hours of delivery. Replacement of products is not supported as of now.

Refunds

Refunds will only be possible when you are eligible for the refund and it can’t be processed to third-party accounts. Except for the cash payments, we provide you to get a refund in your account. refund may be processed within 15 -20 working days. All communication will be made via email. Cancellation of Orders

If we receive the cancellation request from the customer and the order has not been shipped yet by us then we can help you in canceling the order and you will get a refund of your entire amount. In order to receive refunds in NEFT form then you need to update the information to our team to enable us to process your refund to your account.
